Great older split level ranch house with charm! The house had more than enough space for our family to sleep and have their own space. The living room was arranged nicely, and we were all able to fit! The yard is big and rural, my kids had fun moving brush around and starting a fire each night. The neighborhood is quiet, we were able to take daily walks/bike rides (brought ours with). House does have older pipes, so patience is needed with the bathroom. The retro bathrooms were pretty fun! Easy access to get into dripping springs or Austin. It felt like I was staying at my grandparents house, very quaint!

Excellent spacious home

This property was just what I needed for 4 generations of family under one roof. The house was clean inside and had been updated nicely, while still showing the historic charm. The bedrooms were very accommodating and the beds were comfortable. The whole home was well shocked with and had the things we needed for the first night (paper plates, aluminum foil, dish soap) There was plenty of room to find a quite spot even with a house full of people. The owner was very responsive and answered my questions in a timely manner.There were some things that weren't so great. We had to mow the side and backyard in order to be able to use it. Overall the yard could use some maintenance. The upstairs bathroom sink drained very slowly. eople..
