We did not bring our door but it would have been fine. The neighborhood was nice very walkable and family friendly.The outdoor furniture, swings and hammock need to be refreshed but all in all it was great.

The host was outstanding. We left some items at the house, and she promptly mailed them back to us. Very accommodating and easy to work with. The inside of the house is beautiful and fully updated. The outside area is a little run down but the weather didn’t allow us to use the outside anyway. Overall, a great location. Highly recommend.

Communication with host Karina was absolutely outstanding, responses most of the time within minutes. When we had a problem, it was quickly resolved. Would recommend to anyone. It was especially good for us, as were staying for 5 weeks while we were waiting on our new home to close. Location is close to everything, domain, far west, 10 mintes to downtown etc.

Wonderful experience!

Very clean property and incredibly responsive host. Excellent location to enjoy amenities of city, but have a nice quiet neighborhood to unwind in at the end of the day. Highly recommend!

Great place close to everything!

This condo was perfect and close to everything. The courtyard is relaxing and perfect for a pet! The host was amazing and responded immediately with any questions . So many great restaurants and parks so close to the location . Hidden Gem - will def be back !

Fantastic property!

Family spring break stay with dog

Great little property with a fenced in yard for our dog. We really enjoyed the ping pong table and how close it was to a local park with tennis courts and trails (just one crosswalk away). Outdoor patio with shade was really nice this time of year.

Bachelor Weekend

Perfect for a little getaway with the boys! Tons of ubers were close by and the train wasn’t even that loud and it didn’t even come by often so that wasn’t even an issue. Host explained everything that we needed to know. And the place was beautiful! Would definitely live there if it wasn’t already owned by someone else!

Awesome Mother/Daughter Weekend

Wonderful upscale home that was beautifully furnished, in a quiet neighborhood, close to walking and biking trails. It was a very peaceful retreat with my mom and our dogs to hang and enjoy Austin.

A very comfortable house to stay in

My husband, my mom and dad & I drove from Kansas City, Missouri to Austin in mid-May 2024 for our son's graduation from UT-Austin School of Pharmacy. We wanted to be in a house as opposed to a hotel. This house was a wonderful place to stay! It has a beautiful, open floor plan and white walls everywhere which makes it seem bigger. The owners were extremely accommodating & responded to our messages promptly. The house is in a quiet neighborhood although there is a train nearby that travels through a few times during the night but it doesn't blow its horn. The owners provided everything a short-term renter might need or want: Keurig coffee machine & K-cups, tea bags, a clear electric pot to heat up water, plates, bowls, sugar, flour, spices, plastic wrap/aluminum foil, cooking pans & utensils, baking pans...I know I'm forgetting some things but you get the picture. Obviously, a refrigerator, stovetop/oven & microwave are in the kitchen. A grocery store isn't far from the house. One of the coolest features is a heated floor in the master bathroom! It's a very home-y place to stay & I highly recommend it if you'll be in Austin.

Completely remodeled Duplex in Allandale

This home is in a great location in Central Austin. Completely remodeled from top to bottom. Plenty of space and great setup for working from home. Very walkable neighborhood which was great with our 2 dogs. Property owners were very responsive and gave great instructions. Overall 5 stars and would stay here again.

Very accommodating

This is just what we needed for our weekend stay in Austin. We found it very accommodating in every aspect. Communication with the host was very helpful, and I would definitely stay here again. P.S. the ping pong table and darts are a great addition. We didn’t think we would really use them, but it was fun! Also, the showers are really nice!

Austin Weekend Getaway

My friends and I had a wonderful time at this property to celebrate my birthday. The property was very clean and modern. There were plenty of games to keep us busy while at the house. It was a ten minute drive to the places we wanted to go to. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful and clean property!

This property was exactly what we needed - it was very clean, had a stocked kitchen, desks with monitors to work from home, and plenty of room. The beds were comfortable and the backyard was private and big enough for our small dog. There is also lots of walking paths nearby. The listing mentions trains that come by - they were not disruptive at all, in my opinion. Would highly recommend this property!

Excellent Modern Home in ATX

My work associates and I had the luxury of staying in this newly renovated house in ATX. The neighborhood was beautiful and the location was great - close driving distance to coffee, food spots, etc. The house had new appliances, comfortable beds and a really cool modern design. Was perfect for our needs. Karina was very responsive and helpful whenever I had any questions. Definitely recommend this spot for those looking in ATX.
