Stylist contemporary condo in highly sought after South Lamar location. Convenient to downtown, Zilker Park, premier restaurants and unique local shopping. Impeccably clean and comfortable. I’ve stayed in many VRBOs over the years and this one was one of the most artfully decorated. Plus, hosts thought of everything and provided a thorough notebook of instructions for all the condo features, as well as helpful suggestions for local attractions, dining, etc. Helpful labels were placed throughout to aid in locating fixtures, glass and dish-ware, etc. Super comfortable bedding as well. Also, assigned parking for two vehicles was a real plus, including one covered spot. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was the cleanest place I have ever stayed! The owners left very detailed (and helpful) notes on how to use electronics and appliances and a list of great restaurant recommendations. Fantastic First Time in Austin!

This 2 bed/2 bath rental is beautiful and well appointed and in the center of everything! Dan and Bill are so thoughtful with so many recommendations of things to do, see and eat in the area. It’s also a short trip to Hamilton Pool, Mt Bonnell, South Congress, UT Austin and more. Fantastic place in a great location! We will be back! Thank you!

ATX Long Weekend

A wonderfully located and thoughtfully decorated unit located 15 minutes from everything and anything in ATX! My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend and enjoyed what the area had to offer. Dan and Bill were communicative upon our arrival to Austin. There are plenty of coffee shops, stores, and restaurants within walking distance of the property. We'd recommend this to anyone wanting to stay outside of the downtown area!
