This roomy 5-bed, 2-bath hideaway sits in the heart of Central Austin. Basically on UT’s block. Walk to campus, grab groceries nearby, and reach AUS in under 30 min. Moody Theater, Lady Bird Lake, Barton Springs, 6th Street, and The Domain are all quick hops, making it ideal for SXSW weekends or concert crews. After exploring, unwind in five comfy bedrooms, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, and stream on smart TVs in the living area and your room. Adventure and chill, all under one roof.

Main Living Space / Common Area: Lounge on the deep charcoal sofa (seats 4), modern cream chair, and wood nesting tables. A large round coffee table anchors the space, perfect for games or snacks during a Hulu binge. Natural light pours through French doors, and the sleek Smart TV is ready for streaming.



Kitchen & Dining: Cook with ease using Whirlpool appliances: microwave, electric range, fridge, and dishwasher. A Keurig-style coffee maker, knives, and cooking tools are stocked for you. The raised bar counter has four stools for meals or late-night chats, and the round dining table seats 4 with an expandable leaf for larger dinners.



Slumber Area

Bedroom 1 (Queen): This cozy queen bedroom features terracotta curtains framing the window, a wall mirror for quick outfit checks, and a sliding-door closet with shelving to neatly store your belongings.

Primary Bedroom (King Suite): The king suite is bright and cheerful with bold mustard curtains, a mounted Smart TV above a sleek console, and a full-length mirror leaning against the wall. A spacious closet keeps everything organized, and the Jack & Jill bathroom connects directly for added convenience.

Bedroom 2 (Queen): This queen room has a modern black slatted bed frame with crisp white linens and houndstooth accent pillows. Soft gray curtains ensure restful nights, while matching nightstands and a round wall mirror add comfort and style.

Bedroom 3 (Queen): With a wide double window dressed in cream curtains, this queen bedroom is full of natural light during the day but can easily be darkened at night. A roomy closet with sliding doors makes unpacking easy, while striped accent pillows add an earthy touch to the crisp bedding.

Bedroom 4 (King): The second king bedroom stands out with a tall channel-tufted headboard in a soft beige fabric, complemented by mustard curtains that fill the space with warmth. A Smart TV sits across from the bed on a modern console, while a propped full-length mirror and built-in closet provide both function and style.



Bath and Laundry Area:

Jack & Jill Bath: The shared bathroom connecting Bedroom 1 and the Primary Bedroom offers a sleek double vanity with a dark countertop, a large wall-to-wall mirror, and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. A private toilet nook and extra storage make the layout both smart and convenient.

Hall Bath: The second bathroom features another double vanity with a frameless mirror, a glass walk-in shower with tiled walls, and multiple drawers and cabinets for storage.

Laundry Nook: The laundry area, located across from Bedroom 2, includes a side-by-side washer and dryer with an overhead shelf stocked with pods and an iron, making it easy to keep clothes fresh during your stay.
