“The security system of the carpark is excellent. The staff of the reception are very friendly and helpful. Thanks for their services. The kitchen of he room is excellent with full equipment provided. The laundry not only with washing machine but also drying machine. Very considerable thinking by designing the room. However, the whole room have only one air conditioner inside living room, the two bedrooms have no individual air conditioner by means that you cannot close the door of your bedroom……

“The rooms were clean and good . But the rooms are not getting cleaned after we checked in . We checked in for three nights and they were not ready to clean the rooms until we checked out . They said the cleaners were not available on holidays etc . But it was a little disappointing as we requested couple of times but nothing happened ”

“My family got upgraded from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom apartment. It was such a nice penthouse apartment and we really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back to stay if we visited Canberra again!”
