The Coca Cola house is a great place to stay in Ava MO. The queen size bed is very comfortable. We found everything we needed there to make us feel at home. There is a convenience store within walking distance, two grocery stores close by, and several good restaurants.

This house was the perfect setup for two adults with a couple busy days at a nearby off-road park! The beds were very comfortable and the AC felt wonderful after a long day outside. We didn't need the kitchen, but it has everything you'd need to prep and cook your own meals. The bathroom is on the smaller size, but there is plenty of space to store your necessities and the water pressure is just right. The provided travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion smelled great. There is a Mexican restaurant not even a block away and their food is very good! This house is also close to gas stations, Walmart, and the downtown area. I also appreciated that it was very easy to find with the Coca Cola mural on the side. We enjoyed our stay!
