cabin 1

Cute little cabin, sleeps 6. Quiet, in the woods just outside Ava city. Kitchen is just a dorm fridge, microwave, coffeemaker. We brought our own tabletop grill and cookstove. Fun property with room for kids to play, playground, picnic tables, firepit to roast marshmallow.

Cozy Cabin

This was a wonderfully quiet and relaxing cabin in the Ozarks. The property managers are very polite, and the property itself is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much.

Cute Little Cabin

Talked to Paul before arriving. Found parking and walked to our cabin. We had a very nice, relaxing stay. The cabin was done up real nice and everything was clean. We had everything we could possibly need except for cooking and eating. We brought our Instant Pot to cook in. Just 10 minutes to friendly little town of Ava where we shopped at Walmart and also checked out The Square (the downtown).

Quiet and peaceful

We didn't realize that two of the beds were in the main room and not in a separate bedroom. It was tight for our family of five. We enjoyed the A/C and peaceful porch. The beds were comfortable!

Enjoyed our stay!

Just what we were looking/hoping for. Cozy and clean cabin - and we LOVED the air conditioning (not many basic/plain cabins have A/C). Beautiful countryside and a peaceful properly/location. We really liked the property owners/managers and plan to visit again sometime. Keep in mind that the cabin doesn't have a fridge or microwave - and plan accordingly.
