This is the second time staying in this hotel, the room was clean. It had air conditioning. The bathroom looked clean, I don’t have any complaints. Will be going back again.

We stayed overnight this time. The staff was very helpful and professional. The hotel allows you to store your luggage until your room is ready so you can explore/swim in Avalon! Our room was clean and the bed was very, very comfortable which is a big benefit when on vacation!👍 The location is very convenient for enjoying the beach, pier, museum and eating places in Avalon.

The staff that checked me in was great she had excellent customer service and was very sweet. Location is great walking distance within all the restaurants and everything. However, my only problem was the cleanness of the bathroom. in hotel sheets, but I fixed that by wiping down the bathroom with wipes there was lots of hair on the floor and changing the sheets.

The room was clean although small. We could see over some buildings to the ocean and open our window for some cool morning air. Cleaning staff and front desk were courteous. Ice and water available. We could leave our bags for the day since our ferry got in before check in. They said they would call when the room was ready but didn’t call, so we just went back at 4.

We stayed in a room that had 2 beds, but they were bunk beds. The room itself was tiny, with virtually no place to sit down. While it was clean, we found the beds uncomfortable. The TV did not work well; not sure if that’s because it was old or because the reception was bad. The location is excellent, the staff was friendly and they let us store our luggage before checking in. But the room was just way too small and not really appropriate for 2 people.

The staff was exceptional! The rooms were fairly clean. It felt like the carpet needed replaced. We stayed in the higher priced room to have a balcony view which was worth it. It just feels like the entire places needs an upgrade of furniture and carpet
