Excellent location and views. As advertised.

Great stay for multi-gen family. All on one level (other than two very small steps). Equiped with everything you need. Beautiful ocean and harbor views. Golf cart was perfect for 6. Only a 10 minute drive to Avalon (groceries, tours, restaurants), but quiet and isolated from the main city. Recommend for a family or couple Catalina vacation.

We enjoyed our stay at Hamilton Cove. The views were amazing! We had everything we needed for a fun and enjoyable vacation. The golf cart was great for getting around the island. The balcony was a fun place to relax and enjoy food and cocktails. Our only complaint was that the place needs a good cleaning, and some minor repairs.

Amazing views in this quiet island get away

Amazing views, and a very comfortable space where we got together to celebrate a family birthday. Sunsets and sunrises were astounding and it was so nice to enjoy a quiet beautiful space but also have the ability to take the golf cart in to Avalon for dinner. Fun was had all around. The property manager was so generous in accomodating our late check out.

We have stayed at this property the last 4 times we have come (normally annually) and it never disappoints. The real bonus was the communication with the amazing General Manager, Corina when we had a possible hiccup with our reservation. She went over and above for us and we are grateful. We will definitely return again.

This property is pretty tired and needs maintenance/remodeling. The property also had an ant infestation - hard to come back and pay the rental fee for this level of accommodation

Beautiful view

A few minor issues with the bathrooms but other than that, the location was amazing and the house was very nice. I understand security at the gate, but some of them were plain rude and took their “authority “ a little too serious.

Beautiful View, Poor Maintenance Response

The place and view was beautiful as pictured. The home was relatively clean, but there were ants in the kitchen and bathroom. Couldn’t leave any food out on the countertops due to the ants. The master bathroom had a nice electric toilet, but it stopped working on the first night. One of us had used it for #2 in the morning, and it wouldn’t turn on or flush (apparently you can’t manually flush an electric toilet that doesn’t turn on). We contacted the front desk to let them know, and they responded promptly, but maintenance never came (after saying they were on their way). After multiple calls, maintenance still never came during the duration of our 2 night stay and the toilet remained unusable. Very disappointing in the lack of maintenance response. Otherwise the property was nice.

Very impressive

The Spectacular view really differentiates this property. The comfortable accommodations, and a free golf cart really made this a memorable stay. Our only suggestion was to upgrade the bathrooms and the kitchen; do that and this would really be a gem.

Lovely condo in quiet location

This property was well kept with excellent beds, linens and kitchen supplies. We loved the quietness, the view, and the condition of the condo. We were disppointed that the pool wasn't open, but we understood that both the earliness of the season and Covid affected that. There are 2 suggestions that we would have made: a selection of smaller bowls, glasses and plates is one. Also, the 6 passenger golf cart was a great convenience, but it needs some maintenance, especially with seats belts. All in all we highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful & Wonderful Stay

This property exceeded all expectations. The location was serene, the view was spectacular, and all amenities provided made for a very comfortable stay. The golf cart provided made transportation convenient and the added safety measure of the gated community added even greater peace of mind to an already relaxing weekend. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
