老板人很好，有码头免费接送服务，看到我们行李很多还免费给我们升级到了一个更大更好的房间，而且房间靠近电梯方便我们运送行李，还免费用车送我们去超市购物，服务很周到，旅馆位置也很方便，距离赌场潜水点步行5分钟，距离绿色码头步行10分钟，出行非常方便！

I was disappointed in this property. The staff there was very nice though. None of my complaint is about them. The first room I was given (Room 303) was in bad condition. It smelled, the desktop wood was heavily scratched, the carpet had stains, some paint had chipped off. I complained and was given room 602, which had recently been improved which was nicer. The exterior property is in need of a fresh coat of paint. The jacuzzi was tiny and didn’t look too clean. The room smelled bad. For any rental, I expect better.

The room was very dirty and outdated. We ended up moving hotels the next day. They did end up refunding my money which I appreciated. The lady at front desk was very helpful.

The jacuzzi was out of service, the shower gel was out and the bathroom smelled like mildew. I wasn’t aware that the room wasn’t going to have a hair blow dryer. The people staying on the top were walking around all hours of the night. No sleep me and I’m exhausted.

The room was clean. The property is very run down with little to no amenities- not even a hair dryer in the room. No ice on the property. The buildings are outdated. Went to the office to request clean towels, was told they would be brought right up and they would collect the dirty towels at that time. Over 1.4 hours wait for towels.

Room was super outdated. There was an portable ac in our room that did not cool the room at all, the original ac was leaking. Our room was located on the 4th floor however we had to walk past a series of trash can to get to our door. We stayed one night and we received a text at 9pm stating we had complaints of being too loud, we are a family of 3 and our daughter was fast asleep at this time. I advised the employee that maybe they meant to send it to the people below us as we could hear them cackling down the staircase that connected to the down stairs room. However other than that the employees were super polite and helpful when interacting with them.

We checked in and checked out same day same time. At booking we were misrepresented the look of the room. We should be refunded our money back without any problem.

Rented the Queen Suite w Murphy bed - it was so much cheaper than the hotels on the beach, but we were three blocks away & those Hotel rooms were Tiny ! Our room was so roomy & comfortable for us 3 The staff was great , I’d definitely be back there again

This building is extremely old and not maintained properly. The carpets, furnitures and drapes in the rooms are beyond dirty. The owner(s) are extremely cheap because this place could look better just by investing $1000 per room. Repainting the cabinets to a bright inviting color, replace the carpets with wooden flooring or tile, trim the trees, wipe down the walls and recover the furniture with FAKE leather. The spa needs to deep clean, and get an updated look. Everything here is from the 1980s. This place has BLACK MOLD throughout the building, this is a BIOHAZARD building. This place is just very dirty and nasty looking inside, at least the rooms on the 4th floor.

Bed stand lights didn’t work, even after reporting them. Shower sprays on the ceiling. Toilet seat very loose. Walls could use some pictures/decor. We were given only one bath towel until reporting that we needed more. Small details cost us precious vacation time, and need to be right for the money we’re paying.
