The room was comfortable and the view fantastic. The value was excellent but the room could stand some re-design (lots of wasted space) and very minor repairs. We would take this room again at a heartbeat. Staff was very helpful and attentive.

The staff were great, the room view was amazing and the size of the suite for the price was more than fair. The room was pretty beat up but our understanding is that there are plans to do some renovations which would be a smart investment. We'll return as soon as possible. The room rate was appropriate for the accommodations. We booked on a very last minute whim to go to Catalina. They accommodated our schedule. The room was fine for a one night stay. It was clean, had coffee and a nice view from the porch. It also had air conditioning which some places do not have on the island.

Surprising level of discomfort.

Bed was probably 40 years old and incredibly uncomfortable. mattress incredibly worn out and no support left. Room is dated, which was fine but the cleanliness and comfort was surprisingly low for the price. Location was great.

Staff were outstanding. Friendly, wanting to please, and provided what ever we needed. Gave great recommendations of venues, restaurants, and directions. Give this property a try. Being renovated, clean, improving. Far enough from Main Street activities for quiet time, close enough for easy access.

Our first stay on Catalina

We had a okay stay The phones don't work, so that threw me off and when we called on our mobile devices no one would pick up The island is beautiful The hotel is close enough to bars that was nice 🙂 Heater blew cold but other than not being able to use the jaquzi tub since there wasn't a stopper it was nice
