This is a true definition of a budget hotel. The staff was great. The room was clean. But the room is also dated and can use some work. If that doesn't bother you, then this is a great place to stay. Value wise, it's hard to beat.

The location is excellent, and the view is great. However the carpet was disgusting old and filthy, the cabinets were old beat up and the beds were gross. They just need to spend a little money fixing it up and would be awesome, but looks like they dont want to spend any money at all on cleaning and fixing it up.

It is a good option. The service is extraordinary. Vanessa Bernal is attentive, professional, friendly, and helpful. The hotel facilities are in need of renovation, but some rooms offer an incredible view of the sea.

The property is aging and needs a lot of maintenance. The elevator was not working and after climbing 3 floors we discovered only 1 bath towel in the bathroom for two adults. We tried calling several times but no answer. We walked down , informed the staff we needed the appropriate number of towels and after our dinner out they still had not placed in the room. We ended up picking up our own towels and taking them up ourselves. The reason for the delay we were told was the towels were still being laundered.
