「The property needs an uplift. Our room fridge was faulty and leaking, the bunk bed was making a creaking noise every time you turn around so it was difficult to sleep. Felt the room was too small for 4 people but we managed. The staff was really good and helpful so didn't even want to complain. The staff made it a very pleasant holiday for us. 」

「Absolutely loved our stay at The Sanctuary. We were a bit worried as we’d seen some bad reviews for this place but it must have had an overhaul because it was great. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely with everything working and everything we needed. It was nice and quiet and private. The private beach is great for snorkelling. They have so many activities happening and kayaks/snorkelling gear to use. The pool was awesome especially the swim up bar. Cocktails were yummy....

「The staff and management did their best to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, they are very helpful and friendly. They were fantastic on the last day - helping us out immensely. The garden villas are a bit dated but very comfortable and clean, the grounds are beautiful, great snorkeling across the road from the complex. Roosters took a bit of getting used to!」

「酒店得知是我们的honeymoon，很贴心的送了150M流量和$50的餐饮券。他们有个很棒的沙滩，还有一只可爱的小黑狗。如果天气好的话晚上可以看到很漂亮的银河带，还有一种很萌的白色小螃蟹和你一起玩耍。除了早餐不太适应中国人的肠胃，但是有一位胖胖的男厨师很棒。老公因为是过敏性鼻炎闻到某种花香不停打喷嚏，大厨以为他感冒了给了我们蜂蜜和当地的柠檬泡水喝，说一试便灵。我们试了一下真的很好喝，非常感谢，如果去拉罗汤加请一定不要错过这家酒店。」

「The staff at Moana Sands were absolutely amazing, particularly the ladies on the front desk. There was one who was especially wonderful and gave my friend and I lots of ideas and information about places to visit and what to do (she was the one who told us about the fantastic lemon cheesecake at the Maire Nui gardens!). The property was spotless, beautifully quiet, had gorgeous views and extremely spacious rooms. The only draw-back was there weren't dinner options from the restaurant every night...

「Highly recommended place! Sane and staff are very accommodating and very friendly. Bananas and lemongrass were given free and shared some vinegar for my dressing! 😊 Place is quiet and very relaxing which is also what we need for this vacation. Lots of DVDs free to borrow. Location is handy to shops and restaurants. Parking is ample.」

「We were staying at level 2, the Seaview was lovely. We went snorkelling just outside the hotel, many fish there. It is a small hotel, which is good, nice and chill.」

「Its quite dated now for the price you pay. Bed is 2 singles together & you feel the join & its not a comfortable bed. The phone is hopeless due to service/static so was hopeless trying to order room service or ringing reception. Justbso you are aware The menu/food not the best & when its theme nights you cant order anything else except off the snack menu so not good if you have no transport to go elsewhere.I only stay here if i travel on my own due to having a private pool room otherwise we stay...

「Truly outstanding! Our accommodation on the beach was special, wonderful staff with personal service, excellent food and drinks, great infinity pool, snorkelling gear and SUPs and kayaks available foc. WiFi was free in all areas! I cannot rate this hotel highly enough 」

「Great snorkelling here. Pretty calm. Good facilities eg paddle boards, kayaks etc. Blinds dont block sun, just there for privacy, good breakfast, Id stay here again for the location. 」
