The home and room were clean and had everything we needed, but the best part was truly its keeper. He was so
accommodating. His breakfast was delicious and definitely made with love! Can't wait to take our parents to visit Eureka and will definitely be staying with Mark!"
"It was super cute and a really good family spot! The game room was a good time filler and the kids loved playing in the play house while the adult relaxed a bit around the fire pit! We are planning another trip in October and this is one the list of places we may stay. I particularly loved the fuzzy comforter it made it feel way more homey in my opinion. "

"Having stayed in the Basin Park on other occasions, we thought we knew what to expect. The day before our scheduled stay, the hotel offered us a free upgrade. We were upgraded to a balcony suite! Very nice and large room in a private part of the hotel. The balcony overlooking the park was private and large enough for a table and 4 chairs. The room had a jetted tub and a sitting area. "
"Our room was wonderful. Our friends stated theirs seemed clean except for the carpet. Very worn and didnt feel like it was clean. A few more items offered for breakfast would have been nice."
"Our rooms wasn’t vacuumed we had dead bugs on sides of the bed and behind the furniture. The ceiling has water leak spots. Our balcony door was opened one time and after the handle came off. We let the front desk know. But it was very inconvenient. Overall staff was very nice. "

"Loved loved loved Talmadge’s. This is a unique little farmhouse with all the up to date amenities. Close enough to town but out of the hustle and bustle. Check in and check out was a breeze. In combination of the extra touches, visiting with Mr. Clubbs, one of the host, and the book on the coffee table about Talmadge’s gave us the feeling of belonging as a posed to renting. We would and have been recommending Talmadge’s. "
