The room was a very nice, well-kept room. The pool area was amazing. The games area had several outdoor games available (bring quarters for mini golf, though). The restaurant attached to the hotel had amazing service as well as food.

The room was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We had enough health and beauty products and towels which is a must when using the pool. The beds were very comfortable. Most of all, we travelled during a very hot day and arrived to a room with 66 degrees temperatures. It was fantastic!

Good location. Nice staff. Room was not clean. I killed 3 bugs in the 2 days I was there. The baseboards were dirty and the lamps dusty. The carpet also had multiple stains on them. Would not recommend this property.

This was a great place to stay!! Very clean room, with a balcony to set out and relax. The staff were amazing and very nice!! I will stay here again and again. Eureka Springs is a short trip to just get away from it all.
