「It was a splendid experience. The staff was really courteous and was ready to do anything for the guest. The breakfast also was really fantastic and had a wide range of spread. The room was spacious enough and had a small work space as well. 」

「Clean, quiet and well-maintained hotel in a fantastic location. The famous all-vegetarian Annapoorna restaurant is downstairs. The complementary buffet breakfast was also outstanding. We will definitely stay here when we visit Coimbatore next.」

Good options for breakfast buffet and also ordered a delicious chocolate cake for the new year. Good food, good spa service, good swimming pool and beautiful ambience. Definitely choosing this place by default when in Coimbatore.」

「We stopped over for a night on our way to Munnar. This stay was good, food was great and room was spacious.」

「Simple but good facility. If you are good with “not fancy” you will be fine with this. Clean rooms, clean sheets, thoughtful - toiletries, toilet paper etc. Not your shiny Holiday Inn but quite adequate. Booked via Expedia, check in was quick. Restaurant downstairs has mixed menu - vegetarian and non-vegetarian if it matters. There is a A2B right around the corner. 」

「Friendly staff at reception! Clean room , clean bed and towel. Room had also a anti mosquito device with pad provided. Old style hotel but everithing worked , and also the lift .Hot water to drink in the room provided in a termos. I will defintly come back. ( visit the roof....)」

「Water inside room is packed in a glass bottle, the cap was full of dirt- not sure how many people has been drinking the water. Room service attended after 3 hours, need to keep reminding them that I asked for service.There was a lucky draw spinner and I got the picture was depicted as pair of wine glass- the receptionist confirmed it’s applicable in the bar-when I asked it at the bar they said it was limited to mock tail! When I returned to reception there was different receptionist- who stated...

「On the plus side the staff were friendly and helpful- breakfast was varied and tasty. The bed linen and bath towels were fresh and clean. The bathroom however could have been cleaner. There was no hot water and the air condition did not work. The photos on the internet must have been taken many years ago as they do not show the state of the hotel as it is now」
