"I was in Siracusa for three weeks attending the Italian Academy. I found this flat after searching VBRO. I couldn't have been happier from the moment I walked in. The entry was easy and had been well explained. Riccardo always checked in with me to see if I was OK. The flat was clean and well-equipped. It was near my school, and a few minutes walk to Ortigia and supermarkets. It was easy to make this flat my home. I can't wait to come back next summer. Thank you Riccardo for everything."

"A clean, very well equipped apartment on a lovely quiet little street. Looks like a very recent renovation of an historic building. We had a bit of a problem getting in as the instructions were sent very late, and it’s totally automated. However, after that, communication was very good. The electric stopped working and a staff person was there to help within minutes. I would just advise that hotidays send instructions to Expedia at least 24 hrs ahead as not everyone has international calling or...

"Wir haben das Ferienhaus für eine Woche gebucht und waren rundum zufrieden! Die Ausstattung ist super und alles war sauber. Die Kommunikation (obwohl wir kein italienisch können ;-) ) lief immer reibungslos und super freundlich.Da wir abends sehr spät angekommen sind, wurde uns als kleine Aufmerksamkeit ein kleines Carepacket für das erste Frühstück vorbereitet. Wir können die Ferienwohnung ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen."

"We, Family of Four, had an amazing vacation ! The house is great, the pool is awesome and there was plenty to do in Avola and the surrounding area. Salvatore was a great host and we enjoyed the visits from the local mice catchers. Don’t miss Cavagranda del Cassibili or Syrakus. Plenty of shopping close by and specialty stores in Avola."

"This property exceeded by far my expectations! To start they send you the self check in instructions by WhatsApp (clear and to the point including a step by step video). Location is on a relatively wide street and we were able to find a street parking spot easily and 10 mins walk to the beach. The room itself is clean and stylish. The shower space was the biggest we've seen in Sicily with waterfall shower and a great water pressure. Bed was comfy. We also had access to a very nice terrace close to the breakfast area (that included chilling cats) The only downside was that we chose a room on the ground floor (easier with the luggage) and it is very close to the breakfast area and it can get noisy. But this can easily be fixed by choosing a room on the higher floors. Thank you!"

"Location is off the beaten track but provides great views and a peaceful location. Lots of work had been done to create this place and we understand that lots more is in the pipeline which is great. Lovely welcome on arrival and very helpful and informative staff. If you have use of a car, then we found this was a great base for exploring the south eastern parts of Sicily."

"So it was hard To check in because the address on the website is 14, but access to the B&B is through 16. The numbers listed on the front of #14 are non functioning. It was really hard to check in and until the host answered the message through the website we were not able to check in. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although no blankets were provided and it was very cold in the room. Stayed 2 nights, the host was very nice and breakfast was great!!!"

"We loved staying here for am 11 night family holiday with children aged 7 and 10. The pool, pool area and front veranda are the best parts. Owner, Corrado is friendly and helpful.The inside of the villa is quite simple (for example the kitchen facilities) but comfortable, with good air conditioning and Wi-FI. It is on the outskirts of the town of Avola, which isn't one of the nicest towns in South Sicily, but good to pop to (5 mins drive) for a meal or gelato; and the villa location is good generally for exploring the region"
