“Great house with large terrace right on a lovely beach. The house is well-equipped, very clean and spacious. ...even better than advertised.”

“We had a great time staying in Fontane Bianche for 1 week. The house is basic but equipped with everything we needed with the sea being just a few steps away. The whole neighborhood is very quiet, it felt like we had our own private bay. Communication with Dario was perfect, he was very reliable and had great recommendations for us. Even when the sink broke he had someone come to fix it the very next day. We would love to come back!”

“The property is set in a lovely and peaceful location, very spacious, clean and well maintained. Lovely seating area outside under the bougainvillea and jasmine, overlooking the mountains and sea. There were an additional 3 seating areas inside. Small but well equipped kitchen. Great little utility room with washing machine, additional toilet and shower. Good main bathroom, decent pressure for the shower and large vanity unit. Large bedrooms, both very comfortable. The restaurants recommended……

“Great property in the heart of town! Would recommend to family and friends. We did have trouble getting in and couldn't contact the owners but after some time managed to get in (the issue was an internet issue making it difficult for us to log on to get the code for keys). It was clean and tidy. ”

They are proud of their town snd their appartment and they should be. La struttura ha un'ottima posizione in un piccolo borgo tra Avola e Lido di Noto. Il mare dista veramente pochi metri e in zone scogliera accessibile con uno scivolo molto comodo. “We came in from the USA. We really enjoyed the stay. The property is well-maintained and clean and the pool is awesome.Beds work are super comfortable-great shower-and the kitchen was nice too. We found Avola to be a great location close to the highway. We were surprised that there is way more restaurants than we anticipated seeing online.Grocery stores in the area are cheap in my mind. And it was great buying real pasta and meats and the wine here is so cheap.It can be a little tricky finding……

“We stayed for a whole week in this property, a big family of 11 adults and 3 infants. Before our arrival Martina did everything to make sure that our stay will be perfect, and helped us with a lot of questions. During our stay, everything was beyond perfect, the property was an hotel with 7 rooms, divided to actually 3 properties - 4 rooms, 3 rooms and 1 which contains big living room, dining room and huge kitchen. Each room has its own bathroom, and the rooms are great and was super……

“We were in the apartment for two weeks and loved it. The remodeling of our unit was obviously done with taste and attention to detail. The location could not have been better unless you require a view but we were perfectly happy with “our little courtyard” and the proximity to everything. The only wrinkle was water pressure . It was a little weird but in now way diminished our enjoyment of our stay. We realized we were in a very old building in a very old town. It’s all part of the……
