"The property was nothing like the description. The AC in one of the bedroom didn’t work at all and the one in other bedroom didn’t work well. When we communicated to property management we were told, we know but there is nothing we can do about it. The apartment was very dirty and the property in general is lacking of basic maintenance. Also none of the bike worked and the launders facility is a joke"

"Beautiful accommodation, Lovely Sea views, excellent hosts. Absolutely Nothing to complain about. Wish we could have stayed Longer.Well laid out apartment, with a lovely shower Toilet and bidet between the bedrooms with a separate cloakroom off the Lounge. The property had a Laundry room which was brilliant.The kitchen was nicely laid out with good cooking facilities including a microwave and also there was a Dishwasher.We would love to stay there again."

Cecilia est très accueillante, donne de bons conseils ... et maîtrise très bien les logiciels de traduction pour comprendre et se faire comprendre ! Bonne localisation, accessible à pied du port, tous commerces à proximité, vue mer depuis la petite terrasse. Rayonnement facile en voiture pour réserve de Zingaro et Segeste. "

"This property was amazing!! Host was prompt and professionally. Rooftop terrace, OMG, wonderful! Great walkable, close to metro, restaurants, waterfront, city bus transportation!! Very clean and welcoming. Beds were firm, but very comfortable, and linens, smelled great!!! Air conditioning was a true plus, for American tourists!!! Laura was the perfect host!! Grazie, Grazie for a beautiful stay in your apartment!"

"The house was lovely and looked just like the photos! We had such a lovely holiday. The pool and the seating area beside it were very relaxing (although there were a couple of broken chairs) and there was a kitchen area with most of the things you need for a holiday stay - fridge, oven/hob, dining tables, cutlery and crockery, etc. Host was welcoming and very helpful on check-in and throughout our stay. Electricity costs were extra, but this was well explained and clear from the outset. ...

Splendid Hotel Taormina - Handwritten Collection

"It was a clean and nice hotel in an excellent location. It’s 5 min walk into town. Our biggest complaint was the breakfast. It was mostly sweets and the eggs were runny and didn’t look appetizing and it was the same exact breakfast every single day and it got boring specially when you’re staying there for 5 nights. The WiFi in our room was also bad but it was better in common areas. Lastly our room was with a balcony and every night around 3 am we would get up with a sound of loud delivery which would last a good 15 min. Other than these 3 issues it’s a nice and clean hotel with an excellent location."

"Incredible experience here! My wife and I had a last minute booking and the staff were so helpful. The property is beautiful, as was our room, and we really enjoyed our time there. Especially noted was that they were very happy to accommodate vegan diets and offered us some fantastic alternatives at breakfast. Highly recommended!"

The dinner at Blum is one of the finest meals I have ever had. The room and view was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the magical Taormina."
