“Kleo suites was far better than we imagined. Our room was the family room and although we were a couple it was so great because of its spaciousness. Particularly as all of our previous rooms on our month long travel had been far smaller. Being able to spread out felt so luxurious! There were two showers and toilets. A seperate kitchen dining area from the main bedroom and a third lounge room with fold out second bed. The location of the apartment was also quite good. Nothing was more than a 10……

“Very disappointing experience. The room looked similar to the photos, but the outside of the property and the overall hotel were nothing like I expected. The worst part was how I was treated. Staff knocked on my door, yelled at me, and threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave. I had planned to stay another night, but after being treated that way, I left instead. I travel all over the world because as a pilot, so I stay in hotels almost every day , This was one of the most unprofessional……

The lighting was controlled by a single key, making it awkward for two guests, and the host was inflexible about that, telling me I should not have removed the key for the light from the entrance keys. He was also quite pushy about a four-euro tax, insisting on a wire transfer and then calling and messaging multiple times over it. The……
