“In the old town, close to area attractions.”

“Very comfortable. Mariella and Marianna were so kind and accommodating to let me check in early. This is at a great location, steps away from the Ballarò Markets but not noisy, still tucked in its own quiet space. Central enough that you can come back and rest and cool down in between doing your sightseeing around Palermo. Breakfast was good (it was at a different location but not a bother), room was very comfortable, great amenities/toiletries as well. Even had a sewing kit which i found……

“TV didn’t work - nobody replied when I informed them. The room faces the train station and a busy road - do not expect to get any sleep. Was a necessity for a cancelled flight due to Etna eruption with an early start.”

“We stayed at Medusa Suites during our time in Sicily and it truly exceeded our expectations. The facilities are very well maintained, the rooms are spacious, clean, and stylishly designed. The air conditioning worked perfectly (very important in August) and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location is excellent — quiet yet close to the main areas. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. You can tell it’s a well-cared-for place with attention to detail. We would definitely……

“The location was lovely and overall the hotel was a great choice . However I do feel that in some instances attention to detail was lacking : in the rooms - no replacement toilet rolls ; problems with no hot water for 2 of the 3 days we were there and no apology or explanation until it was raised on check-out . Room door soundproofing was also poor. Milk at breakfast was lumpy one of the mornings (did not try again) and panicked and muffin on the cooked menu were frozen through so obviously not……

“El departamento está muy bien ubicado, muy limpio y con buen mobiliario. Está justo en el centro de Palermo, junto a lugares históricos. A su alrededor hay restaurantes, bares y muchos lugares de convivencia. El autobús pasa justo en la esquina y para llegar a la estación de tren hay que caminar 10 minutos. La persona que administra el lugar es muy amable y muy servicial. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.”
