「We enjoyed our stay here. When we first arrived we found that our room was kind of small. I asked for a larger room and the front staff was very accommodating, allowing us to change to a larger room the following day. They even moved our luggage so that when we returned after a boat excursion, at 7:30 PM, everything was there! The breakfast is very nice and the cappuccino is excellent! In addition the cleaning staff is very thorough. The hotel is located within a 10 minute walk from the old...

「Perfect location right in the centre of the old city. The rooms are on the first floor and there is no escalator, so a short climb up with your luggage is unavoidable. We did the check-in on our own and throughout the 2 nights that we stayed there, we haven't sighted any reception staff.」

「Wasn’t really sure what to expect but was very pleasantly surprised. The room was quite spacious and very comfortable and the common area was very cozy, featuring all the amenities you might need as a home away from home. With great location and budget friendly price, would highly recommend to any solo travellers such as myself」

「Sara from reception are very friendly and helpful, she introduced the room and Taormina around for our information, also provided some nice restaurant for our consideration. Hotel will contact you prior to ensure your arrival are seamless and be at any assistance. Good place for stay!」

「It was a clean and safe building. The parking is very tight so be cautious with what vehicle you bring. Michele is very kind and helpful with places to eat and things to see. The building isn’t super soundproof but that is run of the mill in Italy. Our only complaint was they only give fresh towels every 3 days, but that was a minor inconvenience. 」

「Hébergement bien situé dans Syracuse, transports facilement accessibles, possibilité de se garer gratuitement en voiture. On se sent en sécurité dans le logement et par sa localisation. Restauration et centre ville à proximité à pied. Le service et propreté étaient au rendez-vous, nous n’avons manqué de rien, le personnel est très disponible et réactif. Je recommande fortement. 」

「Great central location for most attractions. For train or bus stations, it takes about 15-20min walk. Luca (host) was easy to reach and gave us information around the area. Only thing to note: the accommodation is on 1st floor without lift, and fewer charging ports that others that we stayed in. But for us is no big deal. 」

「Inside the hotel, the property is clean, spacious and comfortable. The hosts are very attentive. The room was very comfortable. While there is a gated parking lot in the back, the street is on a steep hill, which requires a steep set of concrete stairs to get up and down to walk anywhere, including public transportation. It is very dirty and full of trash, which had obviously been there for weeks or months. Sidewalks are narrow and littered with dog poop in addition to litter. The building...
