「The house itself was lovely, well-kept and clean, with comfortable beds and a beautiful view. We enjoyed our stay there very much. There is no elevator, as this is an older building, so future guests should know they will have to carry heavy things up stairs. This is a working neighborhood, not a tourist area, so there is considerable neighborhood noise but you can shut this out if the balcony doors are closed. The only negative for us was that there is a drought and we had the water shut off...

「We have a warm welcome from our host Calogero who explained in detail of the accommodation and Palermo. The location is excellent and we can explore the city on foot easily. The rooms are tidy, though a bit dated/tired. Kitchen is spacious and well equipped.」

La posizione, nel suggestivo quartiere della Zisa, è strategica per raggiungere il centro storico e i principali monumenti di Palermo. Da non perdere la colazione alla vicina pasticceria Cappello, strepitosa. La host signora Patrizia è gentilissima e ci ha dato ottimi consigli.」

「Very bad check inn. No help from check in person. He was just interested in the turisttax, and even charge us for an extra day, but would no give a receipt for the payment, not possible. Only one key card to the room, that a problem when you are two persons. Extra key card not possible, but he could not care less. We were told to contact the chat for the company. I did that 3 times, but no reply. No cleaning of the room during our 3 days stay, not possible were we told. The safe was not fixed...

「Location is fantastic. Everything we did for dining and site seeing was walkable. The host is great and was in contact when we needed. He also left some Sicilian food treats waiting for us upon arrival. Can’t wait to visit again.」
