“由Palermo 的 SAIS 巴士到 B&B, 大概3小時車程，從車站行到B&B只需5分鐘。b&b有本地遊資訊提供，我地報了火山團，交遠接送而且導遊英文很好，後來我們在街中再報了其他包車遊，司機不懂英語而且收費很高。早餐很滿意，房間床也很舒適，報置、空間大小都好，唯獨洗手間未如理想，洗手間的渠有嚴重臭味傳到房間，未知是由沐浴的地方或者廁所傳出。下次不會入住。”

“ The hotel staffer is nice, very helpful and we can communicate with each other in English. The hotel is close to train station and town centre but it takes a little time to locate it. The hotel sign board is quite small and not so easy to identify. There is an Asian restaurant next to the hotel which I enjoy having food there. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor of the building and there is no elevator. I appreciate and thank that the hotel staffer gives me a helping hand to deliver luggage……

“I recently stayed four nights at Nova Suite in Catania, Sicily, and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station and the main bus station, which made it very easy to travel around the city and take day trips. Flavia was especially helpful and went out of her way to check me in at 2:00 PM, even though the regular check-in time starts at 3:00 PM. She also provided a great list of local restaurants, which was very helpful for……
