“We loved this hotel. It's in a beautiful location, and a short walk to the cable car which takes you into Taormina/Corso Umberto (shops, restaurants, exploring, people watching etc). The staff, concierge, service in all areas of the hotel and cleanliness was outstanding. Amazing breakfast selection, great restaurant and amusing entertainment in the evening. Nice pool area, and sun deck, although to get into the sea, you need 'swimming shoes' as the bottom is rocky. The gym could have been……

“Et hotel med en udsigt, der ikke findes bedre ret mange steder. Dejligt hotel med en fantastisk pool, og poolområde med bare og cafemad. Storslået. Vores værelse havde en fantastisk udsigt til Etna, og ud over området. Værelset bar præg af, det har været grandiøst for år tilbage, men nu er lettere brugt, men stadigt luksuriøst i dag. Men enkelte ting kunne trænge til en lettere opgradering. Men et fint hotel, men et særdeles serviceminded personale, både i receptionen, restauranten og……

“Ortigia is een prachtig schiereilandje met een oase aan barokke architectuur. Adembenemend. Het hotel is perfect gelegen, ongelooflijk mooi en de service onberispelijk en hartelijk. Niets is te veel en iedereen is warm hartelijk. Met een extra voor parel Eva die ons ontbijt verzorgde. Prachtige kamers, superschoon. Wat een ontdekking! <3”
