“Strand nicht sehr gepflegt sehr steinig, der Pool war Sandig und wurde nicht sehr oft gereinigt. Der Allgemeinzustand des Hotels ist etwas in dir Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück war okay aber nichts besonderes. Zimmer waren sauber. Allgemein war es in Ordnung mehr aber auch nicht. Meiner Meinung nach zu teuer für das was es am Ende ist.”

“A marvellous stay— the attention to detail and customer service is bar none. Location superb by the beach which was private and access to cliff jumping and swimming which my teens relished. We also enjoyed the complimentary boat tour along the bay and the convenience of the shuttle into town via their sister resort. Superior quality rooms and food and amenities. Absolutely gorgeous property and cannot miss if visiting Taormina. 1000/10.”

“Really nice stay at the Grand Palladium Sicilia. I will say that some of areas of room could do with updating. Some of the wardrobes had stains on. The food was excellent! A la carte restaurants were all fantastic and there was such a vast amount of choice and variety in the buffet with a different themed cuisine each night. Everyone was exceptionally helpful and the animation team did a brilliant job throughout the day and night. Would highly recommend!”

“L’hôtel est bien pour les familles. Il mériterait d’être modernisé même si tout est propre. Il dispose de 2 piscines et d’un accès direct à la plage. Tout est payant à l’intérieur : serviette de piscine/plage 2 EUR, transat à la plage en première ligne 32 EUR, omelette du petit déjeuner à 8 EUR, on a l’impression d’être un peu un pigeon. Le personnel n’est pas très agréable.. un sourire peu juste faire l’affaire quand on a tout à payer. Les restaurants sont bons et petit déjeuner correct. Pour……

“The hotel is very beautiful. The 2 starred restaurant is excellent. But you have to check out at 11am, a bit too early. The concierges are quite arrogant, no smile. But the view of our rooms are gorgeous.”

“We loved the Costa Ragusa Borgo it was brand new, the room was spacious and contemporary. The service was fantastic for the buffet and the restaurants, everyone was always so eager to help. If you have kids - use the kids club, the staff is super professional! The beach was hands down amazing! So clean and clear, you can wade in forever with barely a wave. My only recommendation would be to change the towels more often ( house keeping needs some work) and the night entertainment needs some……
