「Very friendly host. Extremely quiet building and very clean inside. 」

「订房时没注意到是套房，多订了一个房间，给了3个套房，浪费了。房间比较大也比较舒适。在市区，虽然不在禁行区域，但车只能停到距酒店较远的公共停车区，主要是码头那里的马路边，比较担心车受损，还好没事。吃饭很方便，去景点都不是很远，基本走路。」

「We booked 2 double bed room and they gave us one room that squeezed in a double bed and a bunk bed that left us no space to walk or open the luggage. The other room is bigger but hey I only booked a double bed room, not a double bed, a bunk bed, and one folding single bed. Anyways, the reception told me they gave the other double bed rooms to other people and have no correct rooms for us. We had to all squeezed into the bigger room for 2 nights. The reception is rude and not even understand...

「Beautifully appointed boutique hotel, quiet, and centrally located! Parking was so easy, I pulled up and they took care of it for me. I walked everywhere from the hotel. I stayed in Apartment 2, which was very spacious and had a full kitchen. Breakfasts were generous and tasty, and the fresh scents left in the room after cleaning were delightful. Staying here felt luxurious and secret — this hotel is a jewel in Palermo. 」

「Such a great location and spotless rooms! Paolo was fantastic to deal with and really made us feel at home. There was a lovely shared living space on our floor with pastries and beverages set out for all the guests, which was such a thoughtful touch. Giovanna hosted breakfast in the mornings and she was an absolute delight as well. Both Paolo and Giovanna made sure everything was taken care of during our stay. Paolo gave us amazing recommendations for places to see, which was especially helpful...
