「We had such an amazing stay! The location is absolutely perfect right on the sea, and the location for breakfast is absolutely stunning. The breakfast is delicious and the coffee is amazing. All the staff are so friendly and made our stay very personable and memorable. I hope to come back it is the best hotel in Ortigia!」

「Pas convaincue par notre séjour. L'accueil a été effroyable, la personne à l'accueil voulait nous jeter dehors au prétexte qu'elle n'avait pas de chambre, alors que nous avions réservé via hotel.com. J'ai insisté malgré les cris de la personne et bien m'en a pris, elle a finalement trouvé la réservation et m'a dit qu'elle n'avait pas compris. Le petit déjeuner était simple, le personnel peu disponible. En quittant l'hôtel, j'ai oublié une parka. J'attends toujours qu'on me la renvoie ( bien que...
