Spring Break 2025

We had a great stay here! Five 16 year olds, my mother and me! Clean and lots of extras. Plenty of space and easy drive to Vail and Beaver Creek. Loved the lay out, especially the bathroom in each room, and had plenty of space.

Great location w/ easy access to Beaver Creek

Great affordable option near Beaver Creek that exceeded expectations. Note, garage will not fit an XL SUV or truck. 2 cars or small SUV’s or one large/3rd row SUV.

Great place to stay in Avon

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this property. It’s a very spacious and comfortable home. The pictures don’t do it justice. Location is great as we were visiting Beaver Creek resort which is about a 7 min drive. The house is just as described if not better. Every room has its own bathroom. Didn’t mind the 4 levels too much but do understand that it might be difficult for some.

Great property

We really enjoyed our stay. Communication with the property owner was excellent and the location was great. We were about 10 minutes from both Beaver Creek and Vail. Great place to stay if you're looking to visit both resorts.

Best short term rental experience near Beaver Creek.

What can I say? I would buy this place if I could afford it. Excellent location. Excellent property. Perfectly located between Beaver Creek and Vail. Great communication with owner. Recommended!

Perfect spot in Eagle-Vail

We had the best time staying at Bryce's place. There was plenty of space for our group and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed - towels, kitchen goods, etc. Bryce was also extremely communicative and really helpful whenever we had any questions. Would definitely love to come back to stay in the future!

Great place!

The unit was perfect for our group of 4 guys. The unit is contemporary and very clean. everyone got their own room and attached bath. The living space is comfortable and the kitchen was large and very well appointed with everything you could need for real cooking. All the baths had a selection of toiletries which was a convenient touch. we appreciated having access to the garage which also had plenty of space for ski storage. Only issue we had was the dishwasher broke on our first day. A minor inconvenience. Owner, Bryce was a great communicator and very responsive even though he was traveling out of the country. The unit is only 12 mins from Vail Village with easy access to I70. We would gladly stay again on our next Vail visit.

Challenges overcome

Our group of 8 stayed here for a long weekend. Unfortunately several issues popped up including a water leak. The property manager was responsive, communicative, and did his best to both address the problems and improve our experience. The issues we encountered were bad luck (and have since been resolved) but the managers handling of the experience is what turned a bad experience into a 5 star one. You are in good hands at this property.

super convenient, but need to space out hot showers

the unit was super convenient for our visit to vail and beaver creek. everything was clean and checking in and out was a breeze. having a private restroom for every room is great. however, be careful taking too many showers in rapid succession — for our group of 7, the hot water would run out after 4-5 showers so we needed to space out our showers. p.s. i’m from austin and loved the el arroyo coasters!

A wonderful time in the mountains!

This place is fantastic. It's sophisticated and provides everything I could need. It's very clean and spacious. The location is so easy to get to. There is a great range of things to do here and in the area. There's no doubt that I will be back.

Beautiful Home

Amazing home in a great location between Vail and Beaver Creek. En-suite bathrooms for every bedroom. Well stocked kitchen, and a tesla charger in the garage. I will definitely be back!

Fabulous stay!

Excellent place to stay when visiting Vail

We stayed here when visiting Vail for a friend’s wedding, and it was perfect! The house is beautiful, in a great location, and had more than enough space for all 5 of us. Overall it was a lovely stay!

Could not have been more perfect!

Close to where we were going, well appointed townhome, very comfortable beds, easy to use kitchen, lots of privacy. This was the first time in 14 years all of us (siblings) were together, meeting here for a family wedding. Really felt like home. And a garage! Loved it all.
