This tranquil, first floor, ski-in, ski-out access, two-bedroom residence offers a comfortable, modern decor with a complete kitchen, granite countertops as well as a dining niche. Two guest suites, each has an attached bathroom, one with a king size bed, the second with two queen beds and a private deck with aspen grove views, washer/dryer and heated, garage parking.

Guests will appreciate The Charter’s outstanding location and on-site amenities including indoor/outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs, fitness facility, Spa, two breakfast/dinner restaurants, Charter Sports - a full-service ski/snowboard/bike shop, the game room, fire pit, concierge and valet services. Complimentary shuttle service to/from Centennial and Strawberry Park lifts plus Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch is also available; it’s an easy, 5-minute walk to the village.

Check in was a huge mess. No one from VRBO was available to help. The condo was dirty, toilet didnt flush, buned out light bulbs, moldy humidifier, towels just thrown in cabinets, unused tiles in the bathroom cabinet. This unit is for sale for 1.8 million...a joke. Place is old and tired. Going through VRBO indtead of The Charter was a mistake. Will not rent from VRBO in Beaver Creek again. The VRBO rep did eventually contact us and apologized. Too little too late.

The property is a lower level so when people above, you are getting ready at seven in the morning, you’re gonna hear every boot. It looks like when they did the remodel they removed the radiant heat and went with wall units, which are extremely underpowered. Overall, that is a nice property great location.

Beavercreek Beautiful!

Enjoyed a convenient and comfortable stay! Able to walk everywhere within minutes. Connect bus system is amazing! Walked son to ski school in the morning and able to take care of all needs in the village. Condo was clean, comfy, and perfect for our needs!
