The perfect home base for your mountain adventure!

The Space:
This is a second-floor unit that requires stairs to access. The dedicated parking space is very close to the stairs. Once in the unit, there are no stairs throughout.
The primary bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. The secondary bedroom has two full beds with access to the hallway bathroom nearby.
Both bedrooms have their own private balcony.

The pool and hot tub (pool is summer only) are only a short walk from the unit, about two-minutes. You can also access the Eagle Valley trail and the Eagle River right from the complex.

Guest Access:
The parking garage is located underneath the unit. There are two parking spaces available with this condo.

Getting Around:
Getting around is easy! Free parking is available on the premises, making it simple to explore Avon, Vail, and the surrounding areas. For those flying in, Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) is approximately a 35-minute drive. The CORE Transit bus system operates all along the Vail Valley and is completely free. The nearest stop is right across the road.

Over all the place was good for the price. living room bit smaller than picture and no balcony to sit outside, had a hard time to open entry door and changing temperatures in rooms thermostat did not change! Another thing was if you have a big suv vehicle may have hard time parking in the designated parking spot. Over all we were satisfied.
