Beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bath on the lake in Avon! This property walks out to a great lawn and is steps away from the beach and volleyball courts on Nottingham Lake. The unit has been nicely refurbished and has a full kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, moss rock wood burning fireplace and large deck with great views of the lake and Beaver Creek.

Beautiful surroundings

The location of this home is absolutely beautiful. I had this location to be next to a job. I was building. Coming home each day after work and enjoying the beautiful serenity what was around me was a gift. Very comfortable clean home. The host was wonderful to work with.

Loved this place! Comfortable, clean and close to everything we needed!

We stayed here for the week surrounding Christmas. Checking in was a breeze. It was close enough to everything in Avon that even in deep snow we were able to take short drives to the store and probably could have walked if only grabbing a few things. It was also a reasonably short walk from the bachelor gulch gondola which is ideal in covid times. It allowed us to avoid the local busses but it was also close to the Avon skier shuttle if we had wanted to take that.
