Great host, helpful and answered questions promptly. Property location is very convenient for skiing. You can walk to the gondola to beaver creek. Bus station is at back of the building. It can take you to Vail. There are great restaurants and city market nearby. We had great time!

Spacious condo in Avon

Enjoyed the space and 4 bedrooms. Condo building is quite aged but the condo has been updated which made it a nice stay.

Fabulous Location

We loved staying here in Feb 2024 - there were 6 of us from Sydney Australia and we all had plenty of space - great to have a bathroom in each bedroom. Location was awesome, just a short walk, doable in ski boots, to the gondola for Beaver Creek We would definitely stay here again!!

Beyond our expectations

We had two families of 4 people. This place was perfect for us. Each family had their own wing. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen and living area are very spacious and comfortable. Easy access to the mountains with shuttles and the gondola right outside. Highly recommended!!

Big condo in great spot

Great layout with bathroom in each bedroom. Enjoyed apres ski on sunny balcony. Convenient to gondola restaurants and liquor store. Could use some new toilet seats, bathroom fans and handheld shower heada to get them up to a normal height.

New Mattresses Needed

Great location and good condo for the winter fun. Easy to get in and out, and roomy inside the condo. Room for improvement would be getting new mattresses in the beds (besides the master mattress....that one was great) and getting a new dryer lint catcher because the current one is cracked/broken.

Nice and Comfortable

We really enjoyed the stay at this complex. My only complaint was the weather that no one can do anything about that. It was super hot most of the time and then that made the condo hot. This place was on the 7th floor and that means we had the heat ha! Fans help but if the weather would have been cool I know we wouldn't had to be so miserable. But again no ones fault. Just hot this time. Thank you for a nice place to stay

ThankGoodness for the property management company!

Struggle on rating this place- the property management company was super responsive. Regrettably, we had to contact them on multiple issues. The faucet in the kitchen was broken upon our arrival amd leaked all over, the toaster was a major fire hazard, the dishwasher amd washer both leaked and we could not get the washer to drain. The dryer did not heat. We normally do laundry on a Ski vacation so this was a drag. Again, the property management company was very responsive and fixed the faucet and toaster situation super fast. They also very quickly brought us a new coffee maker and crock pot that were both non-functioning. Now to the condo- the size was Great. Four bedrooms amd four baths. The kitchen has been updated, however all of the bathrooms are like taking the hot tub time machine back to 1982—the bathroom sinks are all 3 feet high. To say that the unit is tired and needs a facelift is an understatement. Again, the size was great, very convenient location for skiing (easy 200 yard walk to the gondola) and the property management company were very responsive and helpful. Great Bar on the first floor (Bob’s) of the building made our trip!

Vail escape

This property was well appointed and contained all the necessary items for items for a wonderful stay. Wonderfully appointed kitchen and working grill were very much appreciated. Bus stop was near to property making access to town easy.

Great location with many restaurants and bars within minutes.

We took a quick 5 day ski trip with. A group of 5, the accommodations were spacious. Everyone had their own bed l, most had their own bedroom. A quick easy walk to shuttles and the gondola at the Westin. We will definitely return!

In the Heart of Avon

This location was as advertised. It is was fantastic. You are in the heart of Avon. 7 minutes from Beaver creek and 15 minutes from vail. You have restaurants right there. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great, comfortable stay.

It was a nice roomy condo for our group of 7 people. We had fun skiing at Vail and Beaver Creek. The shuttle to Beaver Creek as well as the gondola are close by within walking distance.

Great value and close to everything you need!

We were thrilled with this property! The bed layout is perfect for a large group, you are a 3-5 minute walk to the gondola to take you up the mountain, and everything you need is within walking distance. We had a great time, and this was better than what we expected! We also used Baby's Away to rent our stuff and were thrilled with them as well!

Great value with lots of room, great location!

This condo was perfect for us. Located just 280 steps from the gondola. Rooms were spacious, unit was very clean. We walked to restaurants, etc. Kitchen was stocked and we at breakfast every day at unit and walked to restaurants every night. One note is that it did not have regular coffee maker, but a Keurig instead. No biggie but we hit grocery prior to arriving at unit. If you are looking for luxury with high end finishes, not your place. But if you want great location, clean with a lot of room it's perfect. It's a little dated but in very good condition. I would absolutely come back to this unit if and when we come back to Avon area. Building has good sports bar and liquor store on first level. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect for our family. Mom & Dad, son, grandma and uncle all had own rooms

This is a fantastic location! There’s a Shuttle that runs to and from Vail and Beaver Creek. There are several restaurants on sight. It was great for everyone to have their own bedroom!

OK not great

It is definitely not a 2 minute walk to a ski lift. Perhaps on a bicycle it might be, however with ski boots more like 10-15. They provide no soap for the washing machine & very little else but the bare minimum. We're not certain we would ever return here. Brian, the manager, is excellent however.

Great condo!!!!

This condo is the perfect setup for two families. So much room! We loved the large dining table we could all eat together. Another perk was having the restaurants on the first floor of the building. location is also great. We had an issue with shower drains not draining properly and it was addressed very quickly by maintenance.

Plenty of Space, Great Location

This place slept 14 people in beds. We only had 8 and there was plenty of room. A great huge table for us all to sit at and play games. There are 2 shuttle stops in close walking distance and an easy walk to restaurants. We would come back. Bathroom are a little short and outdated but fully functional and a lot of storage
