This privately owned and operated condo is located in the main hotel building of the Riverfront Resort & Spa, 5 minutes from the base of Beaver Creek ski resort. Surround yourself with expansive mountain views outside, and our curated collection of modern pop art inside. Condo is located near the elevator on the 4th floor.
Relax with luxury linens, plush towels, and premium amenities that elevate the travel experience for any discerning guest. Spacious living area features brilliant mountain views, and cozy fireplace.
High-end kitchenette with 2 burner cook top, coffee bar, microwave, sink, mini-refrigerator, freezer, and dinnerware/glassware.
COFFEE? Craft your custom cup with our signature Luxart coffee and hot chocolate bar. High-end LatteGo machine covers it all - espresso, coffee, latte, cappuccino, and much more! Complimentary local coffee and all the fixings. Herbal teas too! Want more? Coffee Café on-site (seasonal).
S`MORES? Marshmallows & memories - complimentary Luxart artisan s`mores kit to enjoy at the outdoor fire pits.
HOUSEKEEPING is customized to the needs of each guest (typically a mid-stay clean is provided for stays 7-nights or longer, or as needed.) Additional housekeeping is available for an additional fee. Condo always over-stocked with plenty of extras. Laundry facilities available for guest use (no washer/dryer in the condo.)
OTHER NOTES:
Check-in 4pm or after with the resort front desk (arrive at the resort anytime 1pm or after). Check-out as late as 11am.
EXTENDED STAY:
We host several condos in various sizes at this Resort. Mid and long-term stays welcome during select months. Please inquire about reduced rates, reduced resort fees (no local lodging taxes for stays 30+ nights).
PETS: One (1) well behaved dog of any size is welcome. Notification provided prior to arrival is required, pet fee $50 (total per stay) is non-refundable. Pets of any other kind are not allowed. Resort is very dog friendly. All we ask, please limit barking, and do not leave your furry friend in the condo unattended, unless crate trained.
**Guest Verification: Additional guest verification is required at least 48 hours prior to arrival. We are committed to protecting our properties and guests. We partner with Truvi the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. After confirming your reservation, you will be contacted separately to verify your information.
