Luxurious 2nd floor (no elevator) 3-bedroom / 3-bath condo with fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer, and balcony with gas BBQ grill.
There is a maximum of 6 guests allowed in and 3 parking spaces available for this condo. Additionally, no smoking of any kind is permitted and pets are not allowed in this property. Guests will be subject to eviction and/or fines if evidence of non-compliance with these management rules is found.
Beaver Creek West provides a FREE, private skier shuttle to Beaver Creek's Riverfront Gondola continuously throughout the day and to Vail's Lionshead Gondola three times each morning & afternoon, five days a week (not Tuesday & Wednesday). Our private skier shuttles are complimented by the Beaver Creek Resort, Town of Avon, and Eagle County transit systems.
At Beaver Creek West Condominiums you will enjoy the year-round outdoor swimming pool, three hot tubs, sauna), and tennis courts. This professionally cleaned condo will be supplied with linens, towels, and soaps (no shampoo & conditioner). Housekeeping service is included only after departure unless staying for seven or more nights which includes a mid-week towel refresh.
Beaver Creek West is a professionally managed condominium complex located in Avon, CO. Perfect for cool summer getaways or the perfect ski vacation. Convenient to Vail, Beaver Creek, and Glenwood Springs, the choice of activities is endless or you can simply enjoy a good book by the pool or your fireplace.

Fabulous condo!
We loved everything about our stay! The condo is beautiful and has everything you could need or want for a week of skiing. The pictures online don’t do it justice! It’s bigger and more beautiful than we thought it would be and provided a lot of privacy and comfort for our friend who is going through chemotherapy. Thank you for that!

Enjoyable skiing trip.
Pros: The condo is a nice size. This is an older. The bedrooms are in the back, away from the main living area and the kitchen. The bedrooms are larger than usual and each bedroom is en-suite. The beds are comfortable, linens were fine. Kitchen appliances are newer. The shuttle runs are every 10 min. The unit was clean although no dish soap, no sponge, no dishwasher soap pods were provided.
Cons: The unit is very noisy! It is located above the resort’s reception and the administrative office. You will hear constant door slamming, people talking, guests coming and going, high heels steps, etc. Also, kitchen utensils need to be updated. Most are burnt, mismatched or broken. Overall we enjoyed the stay except for the noise.

Perfect Rental for Our Needs
Big bedrooms/beds, each with their own bathroom. An updated large kitchen and a sizable loving area for movies. Walkable to multiple restaurants in town and the free shuttle was incredibly convenient.

Would absolutely stay here again!
This unit was excellent for our party of 4. It was well-kept and had everything we needed for cooking and lounging after a long day of skiing. The only minor consideration to keep in mind is, it's a bit of a trek to get to the top of the mountain. You have to shuttle to the bottom of the gondola, then hop on a couple of lifts. That said, the location is still very good given its proximity to various amenities in Avon. Would absolutely stay there again with a party of 4-6ish people.

Overall Good
Great location! We enjoyed our stay and pretty quiet. The only thing I would change would be the bedding in the master bedroom. I am a little picky when it comes to the bed being comfortable and the bedding was not the most comfortable. Other than that, the place is nice, clean and well equipped.
