Spring Break Beaver Creek

This was our second time to rent this property and we love it. The unit is very comfortable for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. Ski school and Beaver Creek restaurants are a short walk away. The kids love the arcade and the pool.

The condo was very comfortable and the building location and amenities were great.

This was a very comfortable property for 4 adults and 2 young children. Access to the village and ski school was great. The children enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

The only ordeal that was hard was trying to change my arrival date and extend it to stay an extra day. It took me two agents with VRBO and 2 hours on the phone to make this change! Very upsetting!

Check In

We were told check in would be 4PM. Each time we went to ask it would be pushed 15-30 mins. We eventually were able to get in at 5:20. They were still cleaning when we were putting our luggage in the condo. They said they didn’t have enough cleaning crew. But, they should have known our check-in was always 4PM. We have rented these condos a number of times and always have issues with Marriott. I would consider bringing in your own cleaning crew.

Worst experience imaginable

Upon arrival, the assigned parking spaces were occupied and nobody knew what to do. Once we entered the condo, the temp inside was 85°. The on-site mgr sent someone who replaced batteries in the thermostat which did nothing to solve the broken AC problem. On site mgr promised to bring portable AC units to the condo but this was nothing more than a hollow promise which went unfulfilled fir the entire weekend. Repeated email messages sent directly to the property owner when unanswered, which only added to our frustration and regret. Worst communication imaginable. Poorest customer service I ever recall receiving.
