Beautiful location

We had a great stay. We enjoyed the beach, hot tub, and pool. The view from the balcony is a million dollar view. We played pickleball in Buxton and enjoyed walking to the Lion King and Duck Donuts. Everything was great!

Christmas on the beach

We spent Christmas there.. It was cold and windy outside but very warm in the house.. We enjoyed ourstay. It was a little further out than we expected but well worth the drive. wish it was a warmer December.

King Moon

Exceptionally stocked kitchen. We cooked most nights and had everything we needed. Nice open floor plan for gathering. Great decks for sitting out and watching the ocean and really nice pool. The beach was very short and flooded at times but there was a lot of rain the week before and what we learned was a king moon making for large waves and higher surf. Overall a lovely stay.

The place was great! Fit our party of 9 adults, 3 kids, 3 babies, and a dog comfortably! The kids/babies stayed safe upstairs in a very spacious open concept, and on the freshly stained decks with the use of some baby gates. Kitchen was well equipped with cookware, utensils, plates, cups, etc. convenient location within walking distance of the grocery store, restaurants, and shops. Beachfront views were absolutely stunning! Beds were comfortable. Plenty of parking space. Pool and hot tub were great additions, and were clean/well maintained! Management was very easily reachable before and during our stay with prompt responses. The only improvements we would suggest are to maybe replace the older drip coffee machine (even though there was also a new Keurig) and replace the refrigerator water/ice dispenser (even though there was a Brita filter pitcher) so we didn’t have to keep buying water bottles and bags of ice. Other than those two minor details, the stay was incredible. We couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely be back!

Loved the layout and decorations in the house

Our experience was great. We enjoyed having coffee in the mornings out on the deck and watching the ocean. We were able to cook as the kitchen is a full kitchen. It was a great experience for the 10 of us girls that made the trip.

Great beach experience

House needs some updates with some fresh paint and a good deep cleaning. Besides that this is a great house at a great location. Plenty of space for the family to spread out, amazing view of the ocean and heard the waves crash on the beach which was an amazing relaxing experience.

Great location and spectacular view!

We had a wonderful stay with our kids (17 and over) and their friends. The downstairs gave them the space they needed and the upstairs had plenty of seating for meals, games and such! Loved being close to the store, having the heated pool and hot tub and of course the beach! The deck would be hard with younger kids.

Shore details Alls that rental house

We had a an awesome week there the house was nice but could use a few minor upgrades (had several doorknobs that would not work right ,one of the showers had some faulty knobs) . Overall it was a great week and would definitely rent this property again.

Beautiful ocean view!

The property was well maintained and in the perfect location. Avon is south of the more popular OBX cities, and it was perfect for our get away! We were around the corner from groceries, great lunches from Sandwich Brothers and down the street from great seafood from Oceanas! We loved the ocean view day and night! Lots of beach walking and a couple of trips to the Hatteras Lighthouse. Perfect!

Amazing Ocean Views

Loved being in Avon right on the beach. Shopping and restaurants were close by. The cottage has great ocean views. The living area is very spacious with comfortable seating. Lots of sleepng space. The Internet was a little spotty. And overall the cottage needs to do some repairs and upgrading. Otherwise it was a perfect setting for a winter beach visit.

What a gem!

Our first time in the OBX and what a find this was. Loved the location and the tranquility of the Avon area, especially during this pandemic, wasn’t looking for a crowded place. The house is very nice for a large family or group and overlooks a gorgeous beach from each level. Really wish I could’ve stayed longer. Management company was quick to respond and provide assistant as well. Overall, great experience!

Excellent, relaxing week at a super beach house!

This was a great rental that was enjoyed by all. Well equipped home designed for a relaxing beach holiday. Everything you need, except perhaps a gas outdoor grill - it had been a long time since we used a charcoal grill so were a little out of practice. The beach was lovely, great for long walks. The house was accurately described and, if anything, was even better than expected. The property was clean and well kept. Contact with the owner was easy and helpful. We would recommend the property to friends and relatives and will visit again for sure. Thank you Als That for a great week.

"Allsthat" Review

Our stay at "Allsthat" was great! We enjoyed a wonderful stress-free week at this beautiful beach house! The kitchen was fully furnished with everything you could possibly need. The house was very clean upon arrival and looked just like the pictures on the website. My only suggestions would be to provide more than one broom for the house and to have the cleaning crew check all the light bulbs in all the lamps to make sure they work. This rental is within walking distance to the local grocery store, which is great! I would highly recommend this rental!

Allsthat paradise!!

The house was absolutely beautiful.. So clean and well cared for! Everything you could need in the kitchen the house had.. Plenty of room for all of our 15 family members! Our parents rented the house for their 50th wedding anniversary and took their children and grandchildren! We ranged in age from 7-72.. The pool was amazing! The views from the deck were breathtaking!! The house is in the perfect location.. Across the street from the Food Lion supermarket,a few shops and,about three restaurants! I didn't want to leave it was truly an amazing trip!the owners were pleasant and easy to talk too!

Truly Allsthat!

This house has a little something for everyone. Best ocean views, plenty of space, fully equipped. Grocery store across the street. My family had an amazing time, we took my husbands father which was his first time to the outter banks, and loved every second of it. My boys were also excited to fish, and we could see them from the deck! I would highly recommend this house to anyone. Dealings with the All's were very personal and happy to answer any questions. Thank you for renting to us, and I hope to be back next year. McGee Family

Great stay despite the weather!

13 of us (2 families with children ages 2-16) spent a lovely week at the Alls That Property. In spite of the almost week long storm that kept us out of the ocean, we were very comfortable in the house and found plenty of ways to occupy our time while the wind and waves churned outdoors. You really can’t beat the location being right on the beach with amazing views. The property was reasonably clean and well stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, etc… for dining in. The 4 star rating is because the deck and stairways truly need work done soon. They are very splintery with loose boards. Also, a number of window and door handles/locks/latches do not work properly, which was inconvenient at times. Overall, the property management was very responsive and we would definitely book this property again.
