Perfect condo

This is a great place to stay, very clean, very comfortable, very well stocked. Avon is a great town lots of restaurants and grocery stores etc. Literally a three minute walk to the bus to head to Beavercreek and Vail. This is a perfect place, can’t say enough about it.

Perfect place!

We stay all over Colorado at various ski resorts and always rent condos. This location and unit was a wonderful experience for the value. Bedrooms were roomy, bathrooms nicely updated, kitchen well-stocked and LOTS of hooks and shelves for ski storage. The complex was very efficient and accommodating. The oven broke our first night and new one was installed while out skiing. Easy access to hot tubs and pool. The shuttle was very frequent and just steps from the front door. Master bed was especially comfortable and rooms were dark and quiet.

Great property, housekeeping could use improvement

Overall we really liked our stay and would choose this property again. Very spacious, great kitchen, nice big couch and dining table. I liked that they had a big fan for air movement, helped with sleep quality. Got a big warm during the day, but cracking the windows kept things cool with the fresh mountain air. I did find the comforters in need of a wash and some sheets had minor stains. It would be really great if they'd put pillow protectors on the pillows underneath pillow cases - easy to see drool stains from previous visitors. But great choices of good pillows made with different materials. Other than bedding, everything was nice and clean. Everything was in working order. Nice pool area. Huge bonus was free ski shuttle, very convenient, although you do have to connect and switch buses along the way in town but still pretty quick trip.

Good property, easy access to lake. When we arrived the dishwasher had not been run and was full of dirty dishes, no dishwasher soap in condo, some dirty dishes in cupboards. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

The condo is well equipped for cooking, beds were comfortable, unit had plenty of room for our group of four. The location is convenient and we used the free shuttle to drop off at the river gondola daily. Staff at the complex very friendly.

Condo in good condition. Bathrooms are fairly small, showers could use updating. Tv's in bedrooms are tiny. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Would recommend bringing own bath towels and toiletries. Central location, close to restaurants, Etc. Shuttle very convenient. No major complaints except hot tubs were freezing for part of the trip. 3 stars...no frills and plenty of pool noise at night.
