The location was super convenient for beach access, just two miles away from 38. Neighbors are very close, but the neighborhood is quiet. Super clean inside and the rental process was easy. Hot tub is great and very helpful to have a washer and dryer. We had a great week.

Very comfortable house on a canal. We used the kayaks daily and the location was very close to downtown Avon.

overall our stay was alright. We had to call twice for stuff. The cargo lift was broken when we got there on Saturday. But someone came monday and fixed it. We sure could've used it to get our stuff in though! We had to call for wi fi password. It wasn't posted on fridge as stated. But they were great and took care of that quickly. The place could use a good cleaning. Walls had dust clinging to them and dead ants in a pile upstairs. I dropped my phone and it went under the couch which was absolutely filthy underneath. One section of the mirror in the master bath was removed. Outdoor seating arrangement was nice. Hot tub was clean and delightful. The view is fairly limited so if you are hoping for that you will have only a view of the canal leading to the sound. Bed was fairly comfortable but the living room furniture was not. Kitchen has adequate furnishings but not very good quality. Overall it was ok. Lots of room for the two of us and our dog. Can walk to lots of places so that was nice.
