Check in of 6 pm is ridiculous. Everyone normally gets a 3pm check-in time. The kitchen was very poorly stocked- only one pitcher, minimum cooking, baking pans. The refrigerator was leaking The microwave started sparkling- Informed the property of the problems and the response was- “thank you” for letting us know. We did not see a repair person come in

The property was fantastic and as advertised. Cleanliness could improve. The communication with Surf and Sound was uneven. When we arrived, we had some issues with the garbage and they came right away. When we were about to depart, we called them because the kitchen sink was clogged and they never returned our call or acknowledged whether they had received the message and were going to take care of the issue ahead of the next guest. Overall, it was a great stay, though.
