Welcome to the Pine Cone-do at Beaver Creek! Beaver Creek’s best lodging value, ski-in/ski-out Townsend Place, is located among aspen trees along a meandering creek, just steps from the Oxford Court skiway and two blocks from the pedestrian village offering world-class dining, boutique shopping and an ice skating rink. Our two bedroom condo at Townsend Place underwent a complete remodel in 2019 and is centrally located at the Beav with a year-round outdoor hot tub.

Ideal condo for Beaver Creek trip

Would highly recommend the property - absolutely perfect for our family ski vacation. Clean, modern unit with all amenities needed. Great location walking distance or short shuttle to the village and mountain base. Owner was extremely responsive and communicative. Look forward to coming back.

Great place!!

We had such a great time! You are in walking distance to Beavercreek, maybe 3 minutes. Hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing. Perfect location. The townhouse was perfect for us and our four boys! Clean, cute, fun games! (You should play Banana Joe!) Will definitely be back!!

Lovely condo

The condo was clean and had been recently remodeled. The location was nice as it was an easy walk to BC Village. Patrick was very responsive and helpful. The Elkhorn lift was not yet open so we were not able to ski out, but it was easy to ski in. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Property! Quick response from owners!

We loved staying here. The space was perfect for our family of 4. The property owners were quick to respond when we had a minor problem at check-in and all was resolved within about 15 minutes. Would book this space again.

4 days in Beaver

Our family of four loved this ski in & out location. One day we decuded to walk to the centennial lift & it was a breeze, up escalators. The apartment is updated, clean & comfortable. The location is excellent & the jacuzzi is huge. Patrick was great.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

Condo was perfect for me and 3 kids. Nicely remodeled with modern kitchen and comfortable beds. Location makes for relatively easy ski in-out via Creekside Skiway and short walk to BC village. Highly recommended.
