GREAT place close to Vail

This property was even better than the pictures show. Very clean, comfortable, and the property manager was very responsive to any issues. You can tell the owner takes pride in her property and ensuring her guests are comfortable. Highly recommend this property if your travels take you to either Vail or Beaver Creek.

Wonderful stay

We had never been to Colorado when we decided a few weeks ago, to plan a ski trip for our family of 5. This condo was absolutely perfect for us. The pictures dont do it justice. It is quaint and very clean. The layout was perfect. We really loved the location too. Walking distance to the recreation center and a gondola that takes you into beaver creek. Five minute drive to.walmart. it was just perfect. Front desk staff was super nice too. I was looking at a few different places to stay but when i called this location with questions, they were so helpful. Book this unit! You wont regret it.

Overall satisfactory, good living space.

The living area is spacious, kitchen is out of date and needs a refresh. There was some random things around the condo, for example a paper bag with grocery bags over the cabinets, a child’s football in the linen closet. Also, it could be cleaner, the salad bowl was dirty, dust behind the bed. I own a rental property and am attuned to these types of issues.

Beeping sound in master bedroom when sleeping

There was a beeping sound in the master bedroom. The customer service when reporting this issue was poor. The front desk was contacted with no follow-up so a vacation with poor sleep! The carpet between transition between the kitchen and family room was coming apart which resulted in stepping on nails when walking through. They came to "fix" this which lasted 1 day.

Disappointed

Arrived late due to bad accident. Very confusing directions on how to enter code. Finally in. Cleaning crew had left dirty cleaning cloths behind. Lighting is poor. Condo is adequate and clean. Bus was not running. Told it does not run until gondola starts. Would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Parking lots are a mess when trying to walk in ski boots. Attached condo had fire alarm going off all night and we had to call police. Nothing could be done and owner would not agree to any compensation for loss of whole day of sleep. Would advise not staying here.

Four of us stayed at this property over Labor day weekend and very much enjoyed it. The beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. I liked the location, close to a lake for paddle boarding and can ride a bike easily. Beaver Creek is only 3 miles away.

Great complex and location

This condo has a very nice pool and hot tub area and is steps away from Nottingham park. There were some cleanliness issues - there was food on a spatula that had been put away, dishes in the dishwasher were dirty, hand prints on the mirror above the couch, coffee drips under the coffee pot (you have to pull it out to fill it), and a piece of plastic on the floor. Also, could have used black pepper, a better cork screw, and a baking sheet. There were only 2 towels designated to take to the pool, but we had our own. Otherwise it was lovely.
