「Restaurant can be cleaner. Window view of room 208 is totally blocked. 」

「Enjoyed our stay at the hotel and was very well maintained and located to get to, only gripe was we had a room right next to fitness room and had someone dropping dumbbells onto the ground hard at 5:15 in the morning not sure if they could get switched to other wall to relieve that noise a little which would be the kitchen wall, but overall a nice stay and would go back」

「This hotel was excellent in regards of staff friendly helpfulness! We really enjoyed our stay here and would return. The hot breakfast item choices are very processed and it would be so nice to have a step up in quality in that area. This is probably a corporate directive, if so , shame on them. I’m sure the executives would want a better breakfast than they provide for their customers. We stayed in the Hampton inn in Williamstown Ky on this trip as well, same crappy egg stuff and fatty sausage...

「Great place to stay! The breakfast was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay overall. The only suggestion I have is to provide a clearer description of the sofa bed. We expected it to pull out into a traditional bed, but it did not, so that was a bit surprising. A more detailed description in the listing would help future guests know what to expect. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!」

「The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience」

We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices.
