We didnt eat or drink at the resteraunt in the hotel, just because we had othe places we wanted to leave. Everyone was super friendly, the hotel was clean. Our only problem was a small leak under the sink in the bathroom, but so insignificant, we just threw a towel down. Shower was amazing. Great pressure and 3 hyrdromassage heads.... Good location we walked everywhere. Definitely would stay here again.

Natalie at the front desk was amazing! So was the entire staff. Hotel was beautiful and our family had a blast. Only minor suggestion would be regarding the temperature of the indoor pool. It was pretty cold. Our kiddos didn't mind but I didn't last longer than 5 mins in it. Great experience overall though.

Check-in was smooth and professional. The room was clean and the cleaning staff did an excellent job cleaning the room every day. However, the air conditioner system was quite a bit louder than expected. The hotel had a pool, but was smaller than the pictures made it look, was surprisingly quite cold, and there was no hot tub (note that hotel does not advertise having a hot tub). There was a coffee maker with a few coffee pods in the room, but there was no free access coffee in the lobby. For a higher volume coffee drinker like me, that was disappointing. I had to go to the restaurant to ask for coffee. The buffet breakfast was pretty basic, had less options than what I normally expect for this hotel chain. However, the breakfast staff were very professional and helpful. I decided not to try the hotel restaurant after looking at the online menu, noting the lack of kid friendly options. Perhaps they had kid friendly options not listed on the online menu, but I did not ask. The prices are high, but expected for location and hotel type. I did not utilize the valet parking. There is one parking garage on the same block as the hotel, and another parking garage across the street from the hotel. Prices were reasonable, but also somewhat frustrating that we had to pay for parking in addition to paying for the hotel. Shout out to Rosie’s Restaurant around the corner for the excellent and delicious food, and also to servers who were very accommodating of our small children.

My family and I booked this specific hotel so I gat we could have access to an indoor pool while staying there. It wasn't until arrival that we learned the heater in the pool was broken. We could still use the pool. Unfortunately, the temperature of the pool was not warm enough for the bravest kid to want to swim. We would have chosen a different hotel if swimming was not an option.

I booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool. They don't tell you that the pool is not heated, so my kids couldn't use the indoor pool because it was ice cold. Other than that, good stay and really friendly staff, but extremely disappointing that the amenities aren't really what they say.

Facility is clean and nice. Pool heater broken. Heater/AC was broken in the room. Entry was poorly labeled and hard to find where to unload. Staff was friendly, but did not answer when calling from the room.
