We asked for a certain area of hotel so we could keep an eye on parking lot as we had a classic car on trailer. Hotel was booked solid. Staff worked to get us in a room where asked They did fail to tell us that room gave us two full beds. We probably would have opted for the king over parkling lot view but they worked so hard to get us where we asked we did not...

Breakfast was generally tasty except the biscuits were very hard and one day it seemed like they re-served the same sausages from the day before because they were hard and dried out. One day the syrup almost ran out, and I never saw anyone come to refill it. Housekeeping only comes upon request. I never needed to request it.
