Mark and Jermey make you feel like you are a part of their family with great conversations with them and attention to details is present in every room. The food is out of this world. Woodhaven is a touch a heaven. 」

「The bed & the air conditioner were the best things about the room. It took multiple requests & 4 days of my 7 day stay to get the bathroom light working, forcing me to go bathe at a friend's house. I always travel with a pack of disinfectant wipes, which is good because they were black after I wiped the TV remote, light switches, & doorknobs. And I had to clean mold out of the microwave before I used it. The fridge was clean & worked well. Parking was adequate.」

「Misleading star rating (not a three star) and Do not recommend! Room was not well cleaned (old hair everywhere, generally dirty, broken toilet etc). The front desk staff was nice and food was good but restaurant’s servers were discriminatory and misinformed about ADA protections for service dogs. Hotel room was way too expensive, dirty, and definitely WAS NOT a three start hotel.」

「This place is new and clean. The suites are lovely and nicely stocked. However, I was woke by lots of noise in the room above me. No one answered the phone at the front desk, so I couldn't even ask to have the noise addressed. Doesn't seem like the staff is paying attention. Also the breakfast food was sitting in grease. Seems like for such a nice Hilton hotel brand, that you all could do better.」

「We have stayed at the Brown multiple times a year for the past 5 years. The first seven times were fantastic. The past two times have been not been good, esp. our most recent trip. We asked for a room with a fridge (we always had one until our stay six months ago) and were told that the room didn’t have one but they’d send one to the room. Never arrived. When we checked out the next morning we informed the front desk staff of the oversight and were met with a attitude that made us feel like we...
