“The service was excellent, Dona handled all my needs and made sure my stay went without worrying. I had to change my room and she made sure everything went through smoothly. The breakfast buffet was great with many excellent choice. I would highly recommend the property.”

“The staff were very helpful especially the bellboy and security. They helped to book taxis to and from the local mall as well as helped book a taxi to the airport for my early morning flight.”

“Very poorly maintained. Staff was not helpful at all. Should have English speaking or Atleast some staff who can understand English. Room was ordinary. They said about 24/7 shuttle service . It was only available from airport to hotel and just one time and need to inform 4 hours prior. Bathroom was also not maintained. It’s not about being lavish but Atleast things can be maintained.”

“The staff are friendly. However, some of the room is broken and i have left something behind to the hotel and the hotel won't notice their customer for this. More importantly - the fragrance within the room is too strong and i don't think many customers can take this. ”

“Hotel looks new with lot of modern features incorporated. However, the real soul of hospitality is missing. Hardly see staff smiling. Infact, the reception seems lost and robotic. Staying in five star hotels, first time I have experienced coming back form work and finding the room as you left it. Asking for the reason, "the house keeping was not told to clean the room. They cannot enter the room without permission". I am confused, is it good or bad. I mean, you trsut the hotel and expect them to……
