"I wasn’t able to be given the room I booked but otherwise everything was perfect. The rooms might be a bit difficult for 2 people with luggage but for one person it’s big enough. The staff were friendly, the laundry was useful and the extra amenities (toiletries etc.) were appreciated. The location is close to a train station for easy access around Tokyo. "

"This was a pleasant surprise. The room was small compared to US hotels, but it was not so small you cant move. I am 5’10 and the bed was a perfect fit. Very soft. Only one pillow, but they had extras in the lobby. The lobby contained all the ammenities which was cool. Ice and microwave on the 2nd floor was also a nice surprise. Shower/tub was adjustable height so i fit under it fine. Also, great water pressure. No complaints at all. "
