「Hotel was very clean and felt safe as I was traveling alone. The staff was also amazing.」

「Loved the resort- highly recommend a check-in a better overview of all amenities available. Would’ve appreciated booking the spa we booked online through Expedia so we did not know this was an option. We absolutely loved the restaurant waiter but it was unfortunate He was the only one staffed for the restaurant and the bar. He made the experience very memorable and had the best hospitality. The food was great, but I think you would have a better turnout if there was more staff support.」

「Place is beautiful, great location right on the beach, we stayed there 5 days ate lunch by pool everyday food was delicious never had a bad meal, drinks are good a little expensive.」

「I like this location as I’ve stayed here before. Bathrooms were pretty nasty with trash and hair everywhere. Not sure they mopped or cleaned the toilets before we checked in. There was also hair in the fridge? No dish soap or paper towels which was a little disappointing considering it has a full kitchen with dishwasher. Rooms could definitely use some new carpet as they were gross with stains everywhere. Living room chair was cut with big hole. Beds were fairly comfortable. Nice view of...

「The air conditioner in our room was not working very well and the room smelled as if it had previously had a fire in it. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The great part was the man that we see that works there is great and very personable.」

「The rooms were clean but they smelled old. It wasn’t a welcome clean if that makes sense. The floors weren’t vacuumed and the ac unit looked very old. I felt there was mold in the room but couldn’t find it because it was probably under the carpet. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would probably stay again but they would have to get new carpet and ac units.」

「Room 520 no carpet, bathroom small the door would not close, the vent didn’t work. They have no overhead light. They have no blankets, and house keeping does not clean your room until you leave. Stay at your own risk.」
