「Excellent location and good response from caretaker with any issues. Easy access to key entry and I appreciated the printed instructions for the heating system and the washer machine. 」

「A nice, clean place to stay. Only issue was the bed which could do with a new mattress as this was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Everything else, including location was spot on. Would definitely use again if mattress is replaced. 」

「This is a very cute little second floor apartment right in the heart of Largs. The Viking Fesitval was a quick walk down a slight hill. We never needed a car because it was so easy to walk everywhere. We created a slight problem and the owners were very responsive and very kind. The place was very quiet, even when we slept with a window open. If we get an opportunity to return to Scotland Largs will be high on our list of places to visit and we’ll hopefully book this same place for our stay. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay. Apartment had all we needed. It was really spacious and beds were extremely comfortable. Showers were fantastic. Security was second to none as Donald Trump was staying next door the weekend we stayed! Was fun to watch his motorcade go by the end of the road. Even had drones flying over and reporters doing live broadcasts on the lawn on the front of the development. Will definitely be back but don’t think Donald will be here next time.」

「A last minute refusal by another property to honour our booking meant we had to quickly find an alternative. With hindsight, this was actually a good thing when we found this apartment. Marlborough was simply excellent. Lovely apartment, great view over the river, spotlessly clean, great location (convenient & quiet), easy reserved parking and lovely staff. Without a doubt will book here again on our next stay in the area. A great find.」
