「Great rooms our second time staying at staycation and different suite this time everything went smoothly check in etc but no hot water in the room, wouldn’t have been a big issue but with it being December and the solution being to run across the hallway to another unit was cold Shanon was as helpful as she could be but with the cost of the stay this should have been checked before hand with a PPM check
Out first stay in the de vere suite was a great stay but this time unfortunately wasn’t so...

「Overall clean, new or renovated apartment, comfortable bed/pillows, nicely decorated room, nice bathroom. A cool bathroom mirror. No screens on the windows so we couldn't keep it open and enjoy the cool breeze from the attic because bugs were coming in. Hard to figure out wifi password. The main challenge we faced was we didn't get the check-in details in time. I had to message the host 3 times before they gave any check-in info, which by the way was to *call* their local number...
