Location convenient but rooms are too small. No elevator no help with luggage. Bathroom old and not very clean. Sewage smell comes from the bathroom drain.

Ayvalık’ın merkezinde, kalabalığa uzak

Otelin konumu oldukça güzel ve denize sıfır durumda. Merkeze yakın ve yürüme mesafesinde. Personel oldukça güleryüzlü, yardımsever ve kibardı. Konaklamış olduğum oda tertemizdi. Sabah kahvaltısı oldukça çeşitli ve yeterli düzeydi. Otel Ayvalık’ın merkezinde ama kalabalığa mesefeli, denize sıfır, dalga sesleri eşliğinde bir imkan sunuyor. Otelin altında bulunan Komşu Meyhane’de günü batırmak da oldukça keyifliydi.

Öncelikle otelin yerinden bahsedersem, yeri çok iyi. Restoranı deniz kenarında, kapalı ve açık alanı var. Denize sıfır kahvaltı ediyorsunuz. Kahvaltı serpme ve zengin. Restoran öğlen ve akşam meyhane olarak hizmet veriyor. Müzik sadece içeride var. Otele gelmiyor. Otel ve oda tertemizdi. Odalarda bir tık ses izolasyonu problemi olsa da yine de gürültülü değildi. Belki odada biraz yenileme çalışması yapılabilir. Çalışanların hepsi güleryüzlü ve ilgili. Ben bir dahaki gelişimde tekrar tercih ederim.

Otel iki binadan oluşuyor ve tek aile odası maalesef ana yola cepheli, yatağın 2 metre yanından geçen araçlar yüzünden uyumak dinlenmek imkansız. Ayvalıkta birçok otelde konakladım banyoda rutubet ve lağım kokusu sıfır denemez ama burada banyoyu kullanamayacak kadar yoğundu. Sahilde görünen masaları kullanamıyorsunuz çünkü akşamları dışarıdan müşteri alan taverna oluyor zaten otele ait olmadığı söylendi fotoları renk olsun diye eklemişler sanıyorum. Yine de düşük puan vermemi etkileyen en büyük sebep; girişte pandemi dönemini oldukça ciddiye almış ve buna dikkat eden bir otel olduklarını vurgulayan konuşmalar sonrasında akşam resepsiyonda çalışan arkadaşın 5 dakikada bir hapşırması salya sümük neredeyse nefes alamayacak kadar hasta olması ve müşteriler ile temasa girerken bunu çaktırmamaya çalışması... Duyarsızlık inanılmazdı.. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum

Keyifli Bir Seecenek

Muazzam bir evsahipliği ve yardımseverlikle harika bir konaklama oldu. Otel calısanları cok misafirperver, cok profesyoneller. Kahvaltı da harikaydı, hem sunum hem de sunulan urunlerin tazeliği ve cesitliliği cok hosumuza gitti. Ulaşımı çok rahat. Kesinlikle bir kez daha ve daha uzun kalmak üzere gidilir.
