"I recently stayed at the Hilton Hotel & Convention Jabal Omar Makkah with a Haram view for 3 nights with my family and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Waking up to the breathtaking view of the Haram was the highlight of my stay. Everything was perfect—from the comfortable bed to the thoughtful amenities provided. The service was top-notch, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was varied and generous, offering both hot and cold options, including made-to-order eggs. It’s honestly one of the best breakfast experiences I’ve had in Makkah. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional, going above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome and cared for. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a truly spiritual atmosphere in Makkah."

"Very reasonably priced option in Makkah. Excellent hotel with very clean rooms and facilities. Shuttle service needs to be organized though. The hotel needs to establish a safer and a more organized area to pick up and drop off shuttle bus users. All in all great hotel. "

"This is the second stay in less than one year. We had a great experience. We appreciate the staff's effort. Breakfast was great. Just 2 things I hope to see. First thing, a microwave in rooms or at least in a shared lounge would be nice. This is common practice among hotels worldwide The second thing, the transportation stops far away from the mosque. The walking distance is too long for elderly residents. Huge Thanks!"
